Naze? (Why?) part2

“Megumi-chan?? Megumi chan?? Daijoubuka??” says Shiba with a totally afraid feeling.

“Umm?? What is it?? Where am I?? What happened??” says Megumi while she’s opening her eyes carefully.

“You are in your room now; I found you fainted near the living room table yesterday. What happened to you??”

-Silence-

The last thing that Megumi remembers is that she was reading the letter from Chinen. She read the story that Chinen wrote. Suddenly Yamada’s face comes to her mind. Then she tries to look for her cell phone, she’s going to call Yamada. She leaves Shiba with her confusion, and then without her noticing, Yamada comes to her room.

“What are you looking for Megu??” says Yamada.

“Keitai.” says Megumi without noticing who is asking.

“For what??” says Yamada with his innocent face.

“To call Yamada, I’m afraid he’ll be in danger.” says Megumi, still with her own world.

“HA??!! I’m here Megu. Kocchi muiteyo!” says Yamada as he smiles and holds Megumi hand.

Suddenly Megumi stops searching and turns to Yamada. She looks at Yamada’s eyes. And then after a couple seconds, she cries and hugs Yamada.

“You-y-you… you are… you are alive… yokatta…” says Megumi fluttering while crying.

Yamada confuses with what Megumi is talking about, but he can’t ask anything right now, he only thinks that Megumi can cry and talk now, Megumi has woke up now, that’s it, it’s enough for him to just knows that.

“Haaah… today is Sunday, right Shiba?”

“Ne~ so, how are you? You already woke up from fainted today, and is it ok to ask Yamada to go home and not worry??”

“Well, it’s better for him to not worry me and go home, even though I’m afraid of him more if he’s not around me.”

“Eee… that’s what love means right??? Kekekeke” says Shiba flattering.

“That’s not it.”

No one knows about the letter, even Shiba. Nobody will suspect that letter is something dangerous because the content doesn’t show any harms. And then, Megumi doesn’t want anyone to worry about it.

And then, suddenly the bell rings. Megumi goes to check it out.

After she opened the door, she shocked. Her lips dry, her eyes getting bigger, she looks so pale. She lost her words, she just too shocked by what she’s seeing now.

“Konnichiwa. Long time no see Megumi-chan..” says that man with smile on his face.

Megumi still in a shocked mode.

“Who is it Megumi-chan??” says Shiba.

Because of no answer, Shiba goes to take a look.

“EEEHH???!!! Chinen-kun???!!! Megumi-chan, He is Chinen-kun right?? Your friend that you always told me for a couple days when we first met right??!!” says Shiba excitedly without knowing anything that happens between the two of them.

“Y-ye-yea” says Megumi finally after she regains her consciousness.

“Well, may I come in?” says Chinen.

“Of course!! Come on, don’t be shy! Friends of Megumi-chan are also friends of mine. Hahaha” says Shiba cheerfully because she is hypnotized by Chinen’s angelic face. Shiba likes ikemen. She never thinks any bad things about ikemen. She thinks that ikemen is always nice.

“Arigatou gozaimasu.” says Chinen politely.

“Well, I’ll prepare snacks and drinks.” says Shiba while entering the house and leaves Megumi and Chinen.

“What is it? What are you up to?” says Megumi holding her anger.

“Why? Is it weird if your old friend takes a visit to your home?” says Chinen with his angelic smile.

Finally Chinen shows up. Now he won’t send any letter to Megumi, but he rent a boarding house’s room near Megumi’s boarding house. He intends to plays his game clearly now, because he smells a great rival is coming into his game now.
